Ry and I were missing our running partners today. We only had each other to entertain ourselves for this long and hot run!! Well each other and 1 coyote, 13 bunnies, a handful of dogs and one psychotic cat!!!

Home -> Virgin River Trail -> Bloomington Trails -> Little Valley -> Fort Pierce wash -> Crimson Development -> Sunrise -> Big Bull Loop -> Home (and a jig a jig jig) :-)

I can't believe you counted all the bunnies! Great job. You're on the home stretch to SGM.

What an awesome week of running! EXCELLENT JOB!!! So happy for you that you found a great friend in Shelby! Super happy you've had Smo to train with and be proud of! :) :) :)

I thought Lowell texted that he ran some with you and Ry or Sat. or was that on Sun.? Love and miss you!

Rhett~

It will be interesting to see how SGM goes. The majority of my runs have been significantly slower than any other training cycle. With that said, my occasional speedwork does not appear to be suffering. I am hitting the paces that I want to hit, so who knows! It'll be interesting to say the least. With that said, I have absolutely no pain in any part of my body right now. Knock on wood! :-)

Smooth~

Yes, we ran with Lowell two Saturdays ago (not this past Saturday but the one before). It should be on my blog. Hoping to run again with him fairly soon, maybe even tomorrow! Sounds like you two are ready for Poky! :-) You will LOVE Shelbey when you meet her. She is one of those people that draw people in with zero effort. And I know that she will LOVE you!!! :-)
