Tim~

Ry gave me a Bosu ball for Mother's Day. I LOVE IT!!!!!

Brent~

I think the XTERRA will be WAY WORSE!!! Seriously! The level five on the Kilamanjaro hill program is pretty easy. I have been doing quite a few of my rides on level 10 and hope to get up to level 15 for a steady 15-20 miles before September. :) I plan on going and riding the course in a few weeks. I will let you know how it goes. :) Should be fun though. :) :) :)

Teena, I can't wait to come watch you at the Xterra event. You're going to kick some buttocks.

As a spartan first runner up, can you explain why they charge almost $200 to register?

I love that you are "addicted" to the tri's like you said in an earlier post! I think they are a perfect way to gain fitness AND stay injury free. :) You are doing great! I hope the new semester is treating you well...did you start your internship yet?

A triathlon a day keeps the doctor away. Teena, looks like you are doing a tri daily... you animal!

Dale~

I am so scared for the XTERRA. Really!! But ... I am doing it anyway. :)

Kam~

GREAT question! Perhaps it's to pay for those fancy helmet trophies!! ;) (I was very fortunate to take 2nd last year. Seriously! There will be SO SO SO many more competitive athletes this year. Good thing I got my helmet when I did!)

Brooke~

I cannot believe you have not had your little one yet!!! YOU ARE A TROOPER!!! :) Luvs!

Rhett~

I LOVE how I feel when I swim, bike and run! It is not nearly as convenient but it sure makes the body feel wonderful! The only downfall is that although I feel stronger overall my running does suffer a bit. Such is life! :)
