Great run this morning with fabulous company! Sophia and I ran roughly 1.5 miles before we met up with Rachel, then we all ran together for another 2 miles, then Rachel and I dropped off Smo and ran a few more together, and then I ran back home. The time just flew by! Loved it. :-)

BEYOND excited for my kiddos to have this experience. And a HUGE thank you to those of you who donated so that some of Quick Feet's young runners who couldn't afford to go now have that opportunity! I'll keep you in the loop on how they do. You know who you are. :-)

11 miles, AP 7:39 on the trail (several loops) in Interwood. Houston is CRAZY HOT AND CRAZY HUMID.

PM:

3 miles, AP 7:58 with Smo. She said she needed 3 EASY miles, what the heck??? 7:58 is NOT easy for ME!

3 easy miles with Ry, Smo and Sherm on the Interloop trail. Pace was in the high 8s. I was crazy impressed that Sherm could do this! :-)
