.5 easy, then 3 fast (not sure the exact pace because I thought I started my watch but didn't and so just stopped where I knew 3 miles would be since I have run this route multiple times -- all I know is that I pushed hard), .5 easy

This was a KILLER workout! I seriously worked my buttocks off!!!! At the gym, went like this:

3 miles, AP 6:59 (treadmill)

15 minutes of strength training

2 miles, AP 6:48 (treadmill)

10 minutes of strength training

1 mile @ 6:38 (treadmill)

.5 cool down

I was EXHAUSTED when it was over.

First 6 on my own, AP 7:36, then picked up Shelbey and we ran a loop and back to my house where we then picked up Ryan. Fun times for all! :-)
