15 miles, AP 7:58 by my lonesome on the JRP (a comfortable push pace ... if that makes sense). Didn't leave my house until around noon. I was a bit too hot in my long sleeves and capris, but other than that it was beautiful.

2.5 miles, AP 9:36 with Sophers as soon as I got home. On our run she found a wallet full of credit cards/no cash. We ended up having to wait for about 40 minutes for the police. We were a little chilly as we downed some yummy slurpees.

I think I hurt my sacrotuberous or sacrospinous ligament doing the transfer on Thursday. It doesn't bother me when I run but seems to be a literal pain in the butt/lower back for the remaining hours in the day!!! Crazy.

(Btw, I read http://andyb.fastrunningblog.com/ entry for yesterday before I ran and thought I would spend the duration of my miles counting the lingerie shops I passed. Total: zero. I suppose West Jordan and Murray aren't as exciting as Boise. :) )

Happy Satuday, All. :)

AWESOME running and training this week despite having finals and all! You are AMAZING!!!

Sorry about the transfer of a DEAD WEIGHT 200lb guy! Be CAREFUL!!! When I had to do that as a nurse, I ALWAYS find a male nurse or PT to help me! :)

You can circle Sugarhouse Park with me sometime and pass the Blue Boutique every lap.

How many places can actually say they are less exciting that Boise?

The what ligaments?

SSF~

You know me: I was just out to prove something!! (Was it worth the pain I now have: Probably not. Well ... maybe!) Really though, with a little more practice and better form I think I can nail it! :)

Rob~

NICE!!! :) Now it is making more sense why you run those laps so often! ;)

Referring to things like the sacrotuberous and sacrospinous ligaments in such a blase way is the perk you get when you pay 20K a year to the U's PT program! :) :) :) Layman terms: Ligaments in your buttock area! :)

Awesome running today Teena! It looks like you are fully recovered from Boston and ready to rock again.

Totally laughing about the lingerie comment....it is ut afterall. ;)

Nice miles Teena, and nice pace. Are you running UVM this year? If so, you are going to beat me.

How is your back doing now? Hope it's OK! You are doing SO great with school and finals!! Another one bites the dust. :) Great job on the running and cross-training! I'm glad you've had some good trips with Ryan. :)
