1 mile on the TM, 9:00 minutes (I was ready at 4:35 and didn't need to leave my house until 4:45 to meet up with JohnnyV).

14.8, AP 8:12 with JohnnyV (and some with John D) on the JRP. Progressive run. We never felt awesome, but still managed to pull off a decent pace and hit it hard at the end. Very happy about that. Ran into my SSF, Kathie, Kim, Kelly, and Jon a couple of times. How I wish that I didn't have to be home by 7:00 a.m. so that I could have chatted with them more than a few seconds. Dang I miss those girls. Someone needs to put together another Monday or Friday lunch. :) :) :)

Boating and wakeboarding. Lots of bugs, but beautiful weather!!! So fun! :) :) :)

Hope everyone has a FANTASTIC 4th of July weekend! :) :) :)

Did you get a few bugs in the mouth? A good mid-summer run on JRP isn't complete without bugs in the mouth. They are an alternative (but not vegan) protein source.

Way to be up early, cranking out the miles.

So glad you had so much fun! :)

The biggest difference between you and me: I would snuggled into the couch and slept for 10 minutes instead of running an extra mile! :)

What an amazing run Teena, you are doing a fab job splitting the precious time you're given between family, school and running. You truly are an inspiration.

WAIT JUST A SECOND THERE!

"Ran into my SSF, Kathie, Kim, Kelly, and Jon a couple of times....... Dang I miss those girls. "

Are you calling me a girl? Ouch.
