7:35 on the hill? Wow lady, you are amazing! I could barely keep up a 9 pace today. I love how quickly you recover and can kick some booty on a run!

Lookin' good. So, are you decided on Des News?

From Teena Marie on Mon, Jun 20, 2011 at 11:17:58 from 67.2.101.26

Thanks all. :)

Matt~ I am leaning towards D-News but have not decided for sure. No niggles. :)

You?

I have decided to stop worrying about the Slam and just prepare for St. George. So, no more marathons until then. I concluded that I would rather have one good marathon at St. George, than do Park City or Des News and be worn out (or worse, injured). I do plan to run Des News 10K, gunning for a PR there and maybe a few other 5Ks/10Ks. Those fast glycolytic fibers need some love too!

Actually, I may do Park City. But, if I do, I will take it very easy.
