1 warmup, 1 cooldown, and 3 sets of: 1 mile at 8:00, 1 mile @ 7:30, 1 mile @ 6:59 w/1 minute rest in between sets.

Felt strong! Yahoooo!!! This felt hard but not too hard. Perhaps I should have pushed myself a little harder but it felt good not going into puke pace during speedwork. :)

Nice job, Teena. You are getting stronger and stronger.

Nice job Teena! I see you are taking Andy's advice and keeping your speed under control (even though it is still killer fast). I know that is what is best for you and your running.

WOWZER what a great workout!

Looks like a fun workout. I like how you built up speed and then repeated 3 times. Maybe I'll take your advice on taking it easy tomorrow and try that instead of my scheduled mile repeats.

I just love those progressive speed workouts that leave you saying oh yeah. Great job

Another awesome workout! I find that doing progressive speedwork is much more bearable than straight 800s.

So much for slowing down! ;o)
