Felt much better than I did yesterday. :)

**I am so so so glad that I ran this evening. KristyAnn just brought over a big plate full of the BEST peanutbutter bars that I have EVER had!!!! I already ate two of them and am eyeing a third. It's times like these when being a runner pays off big time!!! :) :) :)

SSF~

Thanks! I miss you! You should have seen Rylee tonight. She has taken over my running wardrobe and Mizuno collection!!!! You and I need to go for a run with her and Sophers when your life gets a little less hectic! :) Love you!

HI!!!! :) :) :) I am already working on my third. I have decided to reward myself with a bite after each successful completion of a physics homework problem. It's working out nicely! :)

Oh, come on....please? I need some comfort food. This government shutdown situation is stressing me out. We can't afford to be out of work.

Dale~

Sorry you are so stressed. :(

Jeff~

Thanks! :) I'm interested to see how this higher mileage will affect me. Right now it just seems to make me tired! ;)

Nice run. Always good to get another 20 miler in the bank.

What's your first marathon this year?

From Teena Marie on Sun, Apr 10, 2011 at 11:22:18 from 67.2.71.182

Thanks Rob! :)

My first marathon is going to be Ogden. I am toying with running the SL Half this Saturday. I hate how pricey it is but I can't help but wonder if running that hard would be a huge help to me four weeks later in the full marathon. It seems that running a strong half about 3-4 weeks before seems to get me mentally and physically more prepared for the full. Do you have any thoughts about that?
