Had to start my run before the sun came out, so went to the gym. It was busy, which makes it so much more enjoyable.  Progressive run.

Okay ... here's the deal. FIRST: the mileage board is skewed in my favor. 10 of those miles are crosstraining miles. If it only showed my running miles I would be much farther down the list!!!! SECOND: I did take it a bit easier by running more of my miles slowly!!! :) :) :)
