14 miles

Physics labs are done! Hallelujah!

Ry dropped me off at Wasatch Blvd this morning to begin my run. :)

1 mile on Wasatch Blvd, 1.5 miles up the canyon then back down to the JRP, on the JRP for 1.5 miles, then home.

I wanted 14 miles and misjudged the distance so had to add the parkway portion on. Next time I will know better. I feel good, just not a lot of zip in my legs and got really hungry mid run. Had 11 ounces of gatorade with me and drank every last sip. If these higher miles don't end up paying off I am going to be so  mad!!!! :) :) :)

I really like the Garmin links you two are doing.

Nice run!!! I'm sure the higher mileage will pay off.

You are an animal! Just run smart and stay healthy....

Matt~

There was 520 net feet loss. Hence, not as speedy as it looks. Plus, I had to stop at about a bazillion lights and so had several breathers! It was pretty fun though. Would have been even more fun with others to run with me! I was thinking that it would be fun to have Ry drive a bunch of us up the canyon several miles and then we could run down. :)

Dale~

I hope you are right!!! :) :) :)

Slick~

The question is ... what kind of animal???

Teena, what did you use to strengthn your arms and shoulders? Hahaha :) Your new toy?! Nice run today!! That's a lot of miles! And yes, we need to do that run thing. I have been crazing (once again) running up City Creek with everyone, too!

Nice run Teena. Your getting in some huge miles. And I am sure it will pay off big time. What is the chumps plan for the weekend?? I am needing to get in 6 miles.

Lily~

Thanks!! I am relieved that lab is finished but am even more excited to be done with physics all together in 2 weeks!!!

Paul~

Thanks, I definitely need any extra luck I can get. You know I count on you and Andy to monitor my running and make sure I don't do anything stupid, right?

Mark~

Thanks!!! I just sent out a chump email. Make sure it is not in your spam box again!!! :) :) :)
