Really, 18 miles a week after a marathon PR. You are amazing. Make sure and respect the recovery time so you don't end up like me.

Thanks Paul!!

Rhett -- I had to take a whole week completely off because I have been sick. So hopefully I am good. But PLEASE keep reminding me. PLEASE. You know how we are!!!!

Teena, WOW! That is very cool to be able to hit an 18 miler this soon after UVM. You have the mentality of a middle linebacker, lol!

Your motto must be "Go big or go home".

You obviously don't do anything halfway!

Mike and Jefferey:

You guys make me laugh. I needed to get in some miles because I was going crazy. Look at my weekly mileage!!! Hmmmm ... not so noteworthy! ;)

From Tom Slick on Sat, Jun 19, 2010 at 15:51:25 from 172.190.87.9

18 miles, way to go woman. Just a weekend off the UVM, you must have left some umph on the course. Hey just call the time and day and lets all get together for a run.

From artichoke on Sun, Jun 20, 2010 at 09:52:37 from 97.126.182.231

Glad you're feeling better and back to running as you like. Keep it up and good luck.

Impressive or slightly crazy? 18 miles a week after PR and being sick. I am glad it felt good to get out there again. When is your next race? Do you get a little break now?

From KP on Sun, Jun 20, 2010 at 21:02:26 from 173.24.252.21

18 miles!! I did 900 on Saturday (Denver to Ft Worth -- and averaged about 45 seconds per mile!) You ARE AMAZING!

From Rhett on Tue, Jun 22, 2010 at 13:31:15 from 74.32.223.102

18 miles! Great run, I am assuming Park city Marathon is next right?

From Tom Slick on Wed, Jun 23, 2010 at 10:58:49 from 168.179.157.85

I like that: Go big or go home.....looks like your setting yourself up to do Park City Big. I just might have to sign up for PC to come and push you to a PR there like UVM.

From Teena Marie on Wed, Jun 23, 2010 at 11:45:29 from 174.52.45.85

Thanks everyone!!!

Slick -- No way I am going to PR at PC -- that course looks BIG TIME TOUGH!!!!

Nonetheless -- I would LOVE for you to come and push me. :)
