19.3 miles

16.2 miles with the Chumps. SO SO SO good to have the group back together. It was also great to have Matt (my previous physiology prof) join us.

3.1 miles with P-Dawg!! :) :) :)  I was SUPER proud of him. Each mile he got progressively faster and he ended up averaging sub 10 minute miles. Not too shabby for a 10-year old just starting to ramp up his miles a bit! He is training for his first 10K. :) :) :)

WOW!!! Your mileage is out of this world!!!! :) :) :) :) :) Are you training for an ultra?!!!

It puts a smile on my face picturing P-dawg running an awesome progressive 5K. He is going to kick some major trash at his 10K debut! So so so so proud of the both of you!!!!

Love you sooooo much and missing you like crazy! When is your AC/HVAC getting fixed! Hope you're staying cool and happy! So sorry about all that crazy mishaps the other day. Stay safe! LOVE YOU!

SSF -- You have to remember that some of those miles are crosstraining miles. I think my running miles just came shy of 50 (which for me, however, is great). BUT ... I did what you told me to and ran the majority of my miles easy! :)

Guys are here working on the HVAC right now. They should finish up on Monday. Can't wait. It is 90 degrees in here! OUCH. We will be leaving the house soon for the pool. Just waiting for Rylee to get home from girls camp! :)

Payton is AWESOME. His first mile was a 10:50 and then he really picked it up runnning 9:30s until the end. He last .1 mile was actually mid 8. :) I am very proud of him! He is so stinkin' cute!

Nicely done Seventeena!!! You're going to do great at PC. I bet you'll take home some hardware.

Glad you kept the miles easy.

That's just terrible about your AC. Ours is running out of coolant, which is now outlawed, so we will have to get a new unit and I'm dreading the cost.

Are you serious? Are you kidding me? ...thanks for making me feel like a loser! :-) It's been 3 weeks since my marathon and I put in 15 miles this week...and you go out and hammer that out in a day. Glad you are feeling well enough to get out!

Dale -- PC is just part of the training plan for SGM. I'll be pleased just to survive that monster. :)

Jefferey -- My pace has been really easy, for the most part I haven't pushed it. I'm not quite so sure that I am cut out for this multiple marathon gig. Just trying to hold on for dear life right now. :)
