SWEET TM workout! I love this and I will have to try it next week. There are ZERO hills in Texas.

Way to go on your miles. Do you rest??? Dang girl. I want to see a big Boston PR. Way to keep it up.

You did great on the Spectrum 10k. I read your report, just didn't comment.

Nice Newton Hills simulator! :)

Check out your mileage! WOW!!! :) You are going to PR at Boston! :)

Bec and SSF~

I just looked at the race time predictor: It says a 3:27:01 at Boston is equivalent to a 3:19:15 at SG. In other words ~ THERE IS NO STINKIN' WAY I AM GOING TO PR AT BOSTON!!! But I am totally okay with that since that is not my goal!!! :) :) :)

Wow, look at you go! I came over to see how you were doing and it looks like you are killing it with the workouts. I bet you are getting pretty psyched for Boston.

I don't know Teena, you are on fire! You could be under 3:20, and I am not just saying that! You have sea level at your advantage. That course is gentle until the last few hills and you are ready for those. I believe in you. :)
