wow, that is a tough pace on those hills! I can't believe you're running an 8:49 at 6%. I can barely eek out my 9:31! You are one tough woman. Especially even just USING your ipod after having a booger on the end of it! I'd probably have just thrown them away - blech.

The 6% incline was only 3/10ths and 4/10ths of a mile. :) Also, I was using my running earphones not my swimming earphones. Sadly, waterproof earphones can cost quite a bit of money (mine were a little over $50) so I need to somehow get over the thoughts of that nasty booger because I can't afford to buy new ones. :) :) :)
