I think mixing it up keeps things interesting . . . if nothing else :) That's my vote!

Hey, Congrats on your awesome marathon finish, 2nd fastest time and feeling GREAT! WOW! Sorry this is the wrong place to comment, but I didn't know if you would get it if I left it on your race report since you've moved on with your life by now :) That slurpee you had after sounds so delicious, I think I will have to try it after my next race. You are so strong! So happy for you that you had a solid race. You are in incredible shape and it just goes to show that different days bring such different outcomes! WOOT WOOT for you girl!

I agree with Amber. Mixing it up is good.

Either way works, so long as you maintain your fitness. I'm going to have to take a page out of your book, or is that my book from last summer, and start hitting the serious cross training if I want to get this STUPID leg ready for UVM.

Wish I was working out with you. It'd be anything but boring, 'cause you'd laugh your head off with my clumsiness...plus our incessant talking and giggling would make the time flies...the abs would definitely get a great workout! :) :) :) :)

Okay ... so the mixing up is a good thing then! :)

SSF -- You have no idea how badly I wish you worked out with me more often!!! :)
