3 minutes on the inversion table. It feels like sitting 7 hours a day in class are making my vertebrae squish together!!!! Aaah ... relief. :)

Now the tough part: figuring out what to wear tomorrow. I am think the running shoes are a must! :)

BEST OF TIMES TO ALL THOSE RUNNING OGDEN TOMORROW!!! HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE! :)

Good luck tomorrow. You're going to do great. Just remember to start off at the proper pace.

Good luck tomorow. The weather looks like it will actually be ok. :)

Thanks Rhett and Scott!!!!

So ... shorts, tank and arm warmers maybe?

From JulieC on Fri, May 20, 2011 at 12:33:03 from 67.41.190.91

GOOD LUCK!!! btw I think I need to try that reverse table too, my back feels very squished because my pelvis/hamstrings/lower back have shooting nerve pains. Sometimes I day dream about being upside down. Maybe that's telling me something.

From Tom Slick on Fri, May 20, 2011 at 12:44:58 from 69.171.160.67

Well Ms. Teena....the weather gypsies say that it will be 46 degrees (feels like 48) under mostly sunny skies at the 7:am start of the race and about 56 degrees by 10:30 am (feels like 67 degrees). I'm thinking, dress light for fast racing, maybe a pair of throw down gloves.....good luck, see ya in the morning!

I wouldn't worry about the carb load thing too much. Just try to get in one really good carb meal between now and about 2:pm. then be sure to carry about 4 carb gel gu packets on the race to keep your useable extra energy replenished......

Teena,

GOOD LUCK to you tomorrow!!! It looks like the weather might be OK for us. Keep your fingers crossed.

Good job Teena! I totally know what you mean, my legs went to pot as soon as I started school! My hamstrings felt it the most...all that sitting. Running really has made it bareable. :) It keeps my mind and body sharper. Good job doing the inversion table.

CAN'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW!! I'm so glad I am coming!!!!! Sleep well! Love you!

From Smooth on Fri, May 20, 2011 at 16:50:06 from 67.2.113.186

My vertebrae are always squished; that's why I'm a shorty! :) :) :)

Can't go wrong w/ shorts, tanks, arm warmers, mittens and of course shoes and visors!

Go to bed EARLY!!! See you in exactly 13.5 hours! SO EXCITED!!! LOVE YOU!!!! :)
