5 miles. I categorized these miles as easy although a couple of them were definitely not. Yet, they were not MP, Threshold or VO2 max either.

Pace 10:00, but started at 2% incline and then increased the incline by 2% each mile. Had to stop and take a breather halfway through the final mile. Weaksauce of me ... but I had to!!! :)

Definitely NICE hill miles! You ran some halfmp miles yesterday so that is plenty of work for the week when you're supposed to be running all short and easy recovery miles! Plus two awesome xtrain days in the middle of PT school! You busy girl you!!! Hope you are getting plenty of sleep! Love and miss you!!! :)

Sometimes those miles that are not fast, but are not easy are the toughest miles. Taper well and pray for cold weather at UVM. I'm so excited to race... if I can.
