6.1 miles at Liberty Park on the woodchip trail. Legs felt heavy.

I'm going to take it super super super easy the next couple of days in hopes that Poky will go well.

I'm not sure I am cut out for this multiple marathon thing that Smooth enjoys so much!!!! After this Saturday I would have run more marathons in the past 5 months than I had in the 4 years prior!!!! How in the world did I let Smooth talk me into this??? :) :) :)

SSSF ~ You know you are a marathon maniac! No blaming Smooth when you run each one successively faster AND with an AG win to boot! :) You just can't help yourself when you toe the line!

Your a pushover when it comes to peer pressure? I agree with Smooth, multiple marathons aren't so bad when you don't try to run each one like a speed demon! Good luck at Poky.

Be sure not too miss not Amy's race report. It is a classic and not to be missed! That girl rocks!
