6 miles at Gold's (Latest plan: School = less time to run. So, for the time being, running fewer miles but running them faster seems to be the way to go. This is easier to do at the gym because people are always around. Vanity. Sigh. ;))

I have looked at that plan a few times. I keep going back and forth with the idea of really trying it out. What are your thoughts on it?

I don't know what I think of it. Ask me again after St. George cause I guess I'm using it for St. George. I think I'll add 10% to everything on the plan.
