60 minutes upright bike (hill plus/cascades/7-14) quads were burning by the time I was done :)

1.25 mile swim, just under 45 minutes

I think I will take a nap now and then I will go mountain bike shopping when I wake up. :) :) :)

I LOVE BEING ON BREAK!!!!

YEAH for school being over! You are such a hard working, busy person and mom. I hope you take advantage of this break and really do take some naps!!!

SO HAPPY that the pain is gone, that is GOOD.

Nice ride and swim! Love that you are on break! have fun shopping for a mtn bike! Did you get a road bike for your birthday?

Somehow I doubt you'd take a nap! :) Love you!

Kelli~

I think most people are busy! At least most of the women I know are!!!! :) :) :) It is absolutely wonderful to not have the stress of studying/tests/etc. right now though. It feels amazing!!! :)

SSF~

No, I did not get a road bike. I have decided against the road bike right now as I am going to concentrate on the XTERRAs. :) Plus, Ry mountain bikes ... making the choice an easy one. :) The stinky thing is that bikes are SO expensive (in my opinion).

Are you ready for Christmas? :)

From Smooth on Wed, Dec 14, 2011 at 16:16:49 from 174.27.220.90

Smart choice for now! It will be so fun to mtn bike with Ry! :) :) :)

Yes I am ready for Christmas! You?

I have to speak at another ward's sacrament this Sunday. That I am not ready! :)

I've found mountain bikes to be so much more useful than road bikes. Bought one over the summer and love it!

XTERRA Nat'l Tri is probably going to be in Utah again in 2012...you thinking about triathlons?

Good thing about being in school - summer and winter break! Enjoy it!

Hey Andrea!!! :)

Yes, I have been thinking about both the XTERRA in Moab and Ogden. I looked at some of the footage on both (found them on youtube, etc.) and I am getting a bit freaked out ... but in a good way!!! :)

Looks like Moab is a bit more difficult of a course. Not sure it is the smartest thing to do my first XTERRA there (not to mention my first real tri ever) but I might just give it a go anyway!! :)
