Tightness in right biceps femoris and right lateral rotators. This usually happens when my right hip is rotated upward. Did exercises to adjust it, still feels a bit out of place. Had Ry work on it for a bit. If I can't get it where it needs to be by Monday I will call Matt and have him realign it. :)

2010 has been a FANTASTIC year. Last year I ran a little over 1300 miles. This year I had 740 crosstraining miles and 2112 running miles. For me this is huge!!! I am very very very happy about it! :) :) :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! :) :) :)

I am so happy that you had such a great year of running. It is only the beginning. Expect 2011 to be even better.

Congratulations on being the mileage queen this year.

Twinkies~

THANKS!!!! And, of course, one of the many great parts of this past year was meeting you! :) :) :) Happy New Year! :)

Andy~

So ... probably my favorite running memory this year was sharing a screwdriver with you on mile 20 of the PC marathon!!!! :) :) :) Seriously, who else can say that???? :) :) :) Thanks for being part of that!!!!

Burt~

Mileage queen? Are you crazy? However, I am very happy with what I was able to do this year. :) :) :)

Well, you are the first woman on the Mileage Board for 2010. Maybe take out the cross training miles and you won't be.

Burt~

What are you talking about???? There were several women ahead of me on the mileage board for 2010 (including Kelli, Boonie, April, etc.), and that's even with my crosstraining miles. I was NO WHERE NEAR the top of the board. Silly, silly Burt!!!!

Ok. Let me look again.

From Burt on Sun, Jan 02, 2011 at 13:15:39 from 173.87.186.51

Hmmm...not sure what I was looking at. Maybe I only have eyes for you.

From Teena Marie on Sun, Jan 02, 2011 at 13:49:55 from 67.2.114.66

Now that, Burt, made me laugh!!!! :) :) :)

And, of course, you know I meant "Bonnie" not "Boonie". :)
