Am so behind in school and so had to run fast so that I would have more time to study.

12 miles

(1 mile warmup, 7:30, 7:30, 7:30, 7:30, 7:30, 6:59, 6:50 ** had planned on running that mile at a 6:40 but 1/2 way into it I stinkin' quit and lowered the pace to 6:59, 2 miles cooldown. Got off the treadmill, took off my shoes, and was so mad at myself for quitting on that 7th mile that I put my shoes back on and hopped on the treadmill and ran 1 mile at 6:40 and then another cooldown mile.)

Off to study. I hate that I haven't been able to look at all my friends' blogs the last couple of days. I am drowining a bit in school and desperately need to catch up. I have a HUGE anatomy test on Thursday, then hopefully I will be able to breathe again.

Hope everyone is off to a great week!

Half a mile at at 7:30 pace and I'm wasted. You're an animal, Teena!

I could pretend to be a female over 30 and respond to your survey if you think it'll help...

Seriously, wow. I can barely do a half mile at 7:08---look at you go! You are crazy fast woman. I am so impressed with your running. Hope you got the homework done.

From Huans32 on Thu, Feb 11, 2010 at 09:00:58 from 138.64.8.51

What?!?! That was a awesome workout. Even without the 6:40. I have really got to watch it next race I am running in with you. Your only getting faster and stronger. I better step up my training so I don't get chicked by you.:)

From Smooth on Thu, Feb 11, 2010 at 20:26:31 from 174.23.239.148

How did the Anatomy test go? I was thinking about you. I'm sure you Aced it again! LOVE YOU!

From Kelli on Fri, Feb 26, 2010 at 18:44:33 from 71.219.89.82

Okay, I was a little off. It was 5 miles at 7:30, followed by 2 super fast miles----BUT it obviously made a HUGE impact on me (and the BBK's) in that we talked about it for weeks. I went out to prove that I could not do 2 miles in the 6's in a row, and I was right. I only did one (downhill mind you), and then had to walk for half a mile!!
