Breathing not too well today. Went in to the doc's for another breathing treatment after my physics test. Numbers low again.

Been instructed to have a breathing treatment every 4-6 hours for the next 7 days. Sent me with a nebulizer and enough medicine for the treatments so that I could do them at home. Grateful for the means to get better ... hasten the day. :)

Hang in there, at least it is headed in the right direction!

Sorry Teena, it's so tough to be patient when sick or injured. maybe that's why we're called 'patients', because that's what we most need to be! Hang in there.

Sorry you have to be your own doctor/nurse/therapist! :( At least you have the means and know-how. 7 days huh?!

It's hard to be patient...I know...I'm the worst! Hang in there! Breath baby breath! I am available to help in whatever you need! :) I love you!

Rachel~

Yep! Could be a ton worse and I feel like some progress is being made. Not as quickly as I would like ... but still progress. :)

When I am sick or injured I am usually quite positive for about three days!!! My optimism begins to fade from there. I am really trying to stay upbeat about this. I know that it will pass, and really could be a ton worse. But you are right, patience is not one of my strengths. I do feel pretty decent after each breathing treatment. So hopefully I will kick this relatively soon. :) Thank you for the kind words.

SSF~

Got it!!! Breathe, Baby Breathe!!! I should change my blog title! :) Thank you for being so good to me. No need to worry, I am on the mend. :) :) :) Love you so much and am very thankful to have you as my SSF. :)

Good morning! SSF! How are you feeling? How's the breathing? What are you doing to celebrate the twins' and Sophia's birthdays?

Please give them big hugs from me! Love and miss you so much! Have a great weekend chilling w/ the fam.

SSF~

I am feeling ish. :)

Could be better, but could be worse.

The breathing treatments help quite a bit. I am always tempted to hurry and get on the treadmill after a treatment (because I usually can breathe pretty decently for a couple of hours after I finish), but I know better. Just trying to buy my time. :)

I am hoping that Monday I will be able to get in a couple of miles. :) :) :)

I'm glad you can get some help with the breathing treatments. Way to hang in there and try to make the best of it. :) This too shall pass!! :)
