Gold's Gym Sprint #2:

(Was going to start out with the swim but it was crowded and so started on the bike.)

Upright Bike: 20K

Run: 5K (Fonz pushed me at the end ... he kept pointing his finger up ... dang him!)

Swim: 750 meters

TT: 82:55 (This does not count transition times, which btw, was quite a bit between my run and swim.)

** Pushed myself hard, not diehardest hard, but the "Oh this feels awesome  -- but I don't know how long I can maintain it, dang ... hope I can make it" dripping sweat effort. I can see why you should swim first. Swimming at the end was pretty tough. :)

I will be tired today! :)

Happy Monday All!

T NA NA - your funny, hey, the offical Tri is not far in your future. What is so funny, I tried on a wet suit, could not get the darn thing off, had to have a girl, I was embarrassed to help me get it off. Tris are fun, you would really enjoy. 200 commando points for your first Tri. Nice work.
