Great morning!

11 miles by myself, 3 miles with Ry and Bish. :)

I think I am getting my legs back. :)

Miles by myself:

1 warmup and 10 w/AP 7:36. (7:49, 7:51, 7:46, 7:46, 7:46, 7:43, 7:38, 7:26, 7:16, 6:57)

I felt stronger and stronger as the run progressed. Fun day on the JRP. Saw Dawes, Backus, Walter, Danielle, Suzie and Jen. Ran back home and did three cooldown with Ry and Bish. AP for that was 8:49.

Getting excited for SGM. :)

Can't wait to read all the TOU reports. Heading to the kids' soccer and flag football games. :) :) :)

Wow! Nice work speedy lady. I too saw a ton of people (not that I knew them) out today. Everyone is getting that last long run before SGM in! :)

Great job sis. Looking great after all your races. Not getting your emails anymore for some reason. Debating where to run with Vinh when he comes into town. Either with you guys or the Copperton run.

Rachel~

It was a nice morning, wasn't it? :)

Tim~

Thanks!! :) (Nothing like your miles ... but I feel good about them!)

Paul~

Thanks! Maybe, just maybe, I will get some speed back by SGM. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Mark~

Have you looked in your spam mail? Perhaps you can tell your email that I am a safe sender!!! :)

How far are you and Vinh wanting to run next Saturday? It'd be fun to have a bunch of us run together and then go out to breakfast to celebrate before SGM. Oh wait ... perhaps we shouldn't celebrate until after the race. Nah!!! Breakfast and celebration is always good! :)

Btw, can you get Marty's email address? I will add him to the list as well. :)

From Huans32 on Sat, Sep 18, 2010 at 18:38:34 from 98.202.0.57

Yeah I havent yakked with Vinh with his plans yet. As for Marty I will pass his along too. That sounds like fun. I think Vinh though is opting for the hill/down hill training that the route we ran today gives. And breakfast is always fun.:)

From Rhett on Mon, Sep 20, 2010 at 17:21:55 from 184.10.154.226

You were hitting some fast splits there, especially at the end. I'm excited to see how great you do at SGM.

Mark~

Either way ... breakfast would be fun! :)

Toby~

You are too nice!!! :)

Mike~

I am starting to get nervous/excited about SGM!! That's a good sign, right? :)

Marc~

I wish you were running SGM. :)

Rhett~

That last mile was partly downhill. So it looks faster than it was! I mean, it was that fast ... but I was running downhill for a good portion of it ... you get what I am saying, right? :)

Teena, I hope you're not tapering TOO much. LOL. I know, you're busy with school. Hope everything is going well.

Funny! Right now things are crazy busy! I feel bad that I haven't been able to be on the blog much at all. :(
