GREAT WEEK Teena! Are you feeling all good again since the marathon? I am guessing so, seeing the paces.

I love this weather, too. I am looking forward to getting to run in the afternoon tomorrow instead of at the butt crack of dawn.

Allie~

Believe me, I would have rather been running, but I have gotten quite behind in my physics. So ... elliptical it was. Multi-tasking was a must today! :)

Kelli~

I feel really good!!! :)

Just going to enjoy my running/exercising for the next couple of months. Don't have any real plans ... just taking it day by day! :)

You are amazing, Teena!!! I don't know how you balance everything. Well, I guess I do because we have done the whole working full time/schooling full time thing, but still, we didn't have kids.

Dale~

So true, Teena, soo true. It's good to hear from you. The blog has been really quiet lately.

If you are all running up in PC this weekend, you should just sign up for the Pink Half Marathon that is up there on Saturday. Julie Ann and Alisa are running it.

NICE running and xtraining this week amidst all the catching-ups.

hope Rylee makes the team!

Did you get new shoes? I posted on your last week's blog w/ some finds...can't remember what size you wear.

did you ever get the short videoclip of you at Pokey Larry toke? I emailed it to you via my photo bucket account so it might be in your spam file.

Miss you so much! Can't wait to see you Fri. Love you!

Dale ~ that PINK Half is sold out! It would have been a fun way to celebrate my b'day for a good cause! Darn!

SSF~~~

Just looked in my spam file!!! **LOVE** IT!!!! :) :) :) Did Larry do that from his regular camera? SO COOL!!!!! :)

Shoes: haven't found any yet. I wear size 7. I need to go try on some different pairs. The reviews I have read in regards to the new Bostons is that they don't have nearly the cushioning (esp. in the forefront) that the Classics do. DANG!!! That's what I need, cushion in the forefoot!!!

Miss you so so so much. Almost your birthday!!! :) :) :)

That's too bad about the Pink Half being sold out. What is this world coming to? Races are selling out WAY too fast. When I checked Amy's facebook ealrier, it said there were only 132 entries left for Ogden. That's crazy!!! Looks like I signed up in the nick of time.

Nice to see you recovered so fast from SGM and are doing great. Enjoy the next few months of base exercise training. Your body will thank you for it when you ramp up your race training again next year.

Nice cross training! Looks like you are training smart.
