morning

45 minutes upright bike (15.63 miles) -- one song really hard, one song medium, one song  really hard, etc.

45 minutes of Matt kicking the trash out of me! When he was stripping my anterior compartment muscles I thought I was going to literally faint. The psoas muscles were tighter than sin as well. DANG!!! I was planning on swimming right after but he told me I needed to go home and ice. So, I'm icing! :)

afternoon

60 minutes elliptical

That sounds painful! I like your interval system with songs!

SSF ~ You're so dang cute!!! When are you going to strip my anterior tibialis?! When can you start running? LOVE and MISS YOU!!!!

From Teena Marie on Thu, Jul 08, 2010 at 17:40:28 from 174.52.45.85

Thanks girls!!!!

SSF -- Don't you remember the day I attempted to strip your vastus lateralis? You were screaming. I don't know if I dare attempt that again with you!!! :)

I'm going to attempt to run Saturday. Albeit I won't be able to do the RHPC half due to a garage sale that Ry's parents need help with. Blah! It's likely good though, because I don't know that hills or 13.1 miles is appropriate for me yet.

I miss you!!!

I know I am not half as tough as you. I'd never got to the point of fainting...Just screaming...Matt would not put up with that...ONLY YOU would put up with me!

It won't be fun w/o you at the RHPC. The PRT hills are very moderate...remember it's 4 miles on University Ave very slight up to the mouth of the canyon, then the two miles moderate up in the canyon and turn around. We need to practice running hills for PCM! You know your body best and when it's ready for hills.

Miss you like crazy!

You are so hard core even when you are not running. I hope the treatment with Matt helps. It better with as painful as it sounds.

From Teena Marie on Thu, Jul 08, 2010 at 18:24:18 from 174.52.45.85

SSF -- If I didn't have to help Ry's parents I would seriously consider it. Yes, those hills would be fine I think. We tried to talk them into donating everything or just simply throwing it away ... I think Ry even offered them money ... to no avail. HUGE SIGH.

I will put up with your screaming forever and a day. Seriously ... anything I can do for you I will. :)

Rhett --

Me too! :)

It hurt so badly that I had to cover my eyes so that he wouldn't see the tears forming! I knew it would though. He has done this treatment for me before on other parts of my body and after a couple days it feels so much better. Here's to hoping. :)
