morning:

Went to the gym to bike and swim this morning. But after I finished on the bike I realized that I left my stinkin' swimming stuff at home.

30 minutes upright bike

70 minutes elliptical

evening:

Roughly 12 mile bike ride with Ry. So much fun!!!

meh...elliptical is better than swimming :) not as much 'clean up' afterward! (I HATE getting showered after swimming and the chlorine stink that stays with you for days!).

Yeah, I'm guessing they frown on skinny dipping there at your gym. Good call to just do some elliptical work. How are the legs feeling a couple days out from your fast marathon?

how can you torture yourself for 70 minutes on the elliptical like that? the longest i've ever made it was 30 minutes. i hated every second of it and haven't been on one since then!
