morning

7 miles: 3 miles easy, 3 miles at 5K pace, 1 mile easy (with a couple of one minute sprints).

I am super happy with how the 3 miles at 5K pace felt (I definitely pushed, but I did it) after 21 on Saturday (in which I struggled in the end). I am certain that it must have been KristyAnn's Indian food that helped me recover so quickly!!! :) :) :)

afternoon

contract/relax PNF stretching (thanks to the help of a classmate -- I am SO lucky). :)

evening

WaHOOO!!! So happy you're doing so well with speed work just 2 days after 21 miler and off a high mileage week. How nice of KristyAnn cooking you the perfect recovery food. Was there curry? I LOVE curry! :)

LOVE your *hands on practicum*! Can't wait for you to show me some of that good stuff! :)

I made curry chicken Sat. night. Coconut milk makes it extra yummilicious!

I'm excited for tomorrow night too! Love you! :)
