10 miles, 7 of which were with Ry (modified bull loop with bunny central). Legs were heavy and tired (as planned). Plus slept in and ran in the heat (stayed up late watching "The Whispers" with Ry and the older kiddos). Interesting article on the BBC.

That was my shortish/longish run!!! 😂 It was just as it should be, I guess. Tired legs which were glad to be done with when it was over. 😀

Interesting article. Guess I better start moving towards ultras. I'm definitely going to keep exercising though so I can enjoy the 5 more years later in life referred to near the end of the article. :)
