GREAT WEEK! I love all of the biking and swimming, not sure how you fit it all in! Seriously, if i was not so scared to bike outside, I think I would quit running and become a biker. It is a butt kicking work out! I love it.

Thanks for the great massage (mean massage-but no bruising) and the chat today. I would have come if I had been miraculously healed overnight just to see you. It has been way too long. SO-now I owe you lunch and you better go with me! That or we can make it a date again with out husbands. I like Ryan, I wore his sweats! And boy did I wear them. ;o)

Looks like a great run. I did some swimming Monday morning and thought of you. I've got a long ways to go to get myself in swimming shape. All your cross training for your tri is going to make you an even better runner. Keep it up.

I feel like I am overall in better shape than usual, but not as well trained running specifically. I have enjoyed it though. Needless to say, I am extremely nervous about the XTERRAs. My mountain biking skills (the technical side) still need A LOT of work. :)

You have to remember that my mileage is a combination of running and crosstraining miles. :)

I am hoping to be in the mid 40s this week and to 50 within the next week or two (in running miles). At that point I will just try and maintain it there for a while. :)

As for lunch: I will take it!!!! :) :) :) How one of you buy me lunch and the other dessert??? :) Sounds PERFECT to me!!! :)
