Wow, you did 14 miles on a dread mill? I'd rather run in the snow and ice and freezing temps then even look at one of those dread mills. Hey it's Sunday why are you running?

I definitely went back and forth between which would be the most miserable!! At least at the gym I could watch Ry do his workout! :)

And ... I think Sunday is a great day to run!! Does that answer your question? :)
