19 miles, AP 8:02.

The goal was a sub 8 average pace but it just didn't happen. 19 miles is FAR TOO long on a treadmill and was down right torturous! I need to move somewhere with better air! :-)

Your family should become winter visitors and come to Havasu in the winter. :) That is a long time on a TM. Nice pace though for that long.

19 on a dread mill, YUCK. What are you training for?

The air is cleaner today and hopefully will continue to improve through the week.

Oh my, I can't believe you went 19 on a death march mill....if we get a little luck by tomorrow morning we should have great air in the valley, maybe for the rest of the winter!

19 on the treadmil... I am thouroughly impressed. Takes a ton of mental toughness to do that at any pace.

I agree 19 miles is way too far on a treadmill! Lake Havasu sounds heavenly! And Boston is what I'm training for. :-) And lastly, thanks guys!
