4 WONDERFUL - GLORIOUS - GORGEOUS - FUN  - HEAVENLY - PAIN FREE miles with Ry on our favorite St. George trail: the Bearclaw Poppy Trail. :) :) :)

Everything felt GREAT. I am so happy!

We took it nice and slow (good thing: since I am pretty sure any speed that I once had is going to take some time to find). I wanted to run a few more but Ry reminded me that I shouldn't get greedy. Smart! :)

Anxious to see how I feel tomorrow. :)

Lily~

Not sure that I am back, but I will definitely take what I can get!!! :) I am planning on ramping up very slowly and judiciously!!!! :)

Rob~

Ha Ha!!!! :) :) :) I have only registered for two marathons so far this upcoming year: Boston and Ogden. Not sure if I will do any more that that. What I am REALLY looking forward to is the next Spartan Race on June 30th. You should consider it. :) :) :)

SSF~

Guess what? I saw Wendy down here. :) Fun!!! We are having a great time, but it seems different not running a race. Crazy!!! Miss and love you! :)

Rachel~

It's definitely not warm, but definitely nicer than it is down in your neck of the woods. :)

SSF ~ Wendy text me after she saw you at Brick Oven. I was surprised at first but then remembered your family Thanksgiving tradition! :)

I would've been down there if it weren't for Stake Conference. Prez. wants me to tell you that we had a sister said the opening prayer at the Sat. session where the two speakers (beside Prez and his counselor) were also sisters. :) :) :)

Love and miss you too!

A small step back, but nothing significant.

Tim~

The aftermath was not as good as I had hoped ... but still making progress. :)
