You do like a Triathlon per day. Amazing, sometimes you put swim in the middle I noticed, do you really change 3 times?

Thanks Rachel! :)

Rob~

If I put/type swim in the middle it is completely by accident. :) I always do it at the end so I can just jump in the shower afterwards. :)

I really am enjoying the whole bike/run/swim thing. I love how it makes my body feel. Plus, I just got a new waterproof ipod! It's SWEET!!! Seriously, this company buys ipod shuffles from Apple, then takes them apart and waterproofs them. So far so good!!! LOVE IT!!!! :) :) :)
