Nice workout. Do your kids whine a lot before and during because they would rather have an I Pad or a Kindle in front of their faces than be exercising?

That is COMPLETELY kid dependent! :) For example, it is like pulling teeth to get Livvy to exercise (we are still desperately trying to figure out what she is passionate about, other than Disney channel and the Ipad). :)

Rylee, Payton and Sherm exercise every day esp. playing basketball. It is hard to pull them away from it. As for running it is hit and miss as to whether they want to participate or not.

Sophia, on the other hand, is extremely self-motivated. She is often the one to wake up first and get us out the door for a run. Or if I run earlier she is usually waiting outside ready for her run by the time I get home. For whatever reason she is laser-focused on becoming a GREAT distance runner. :)
