I need to get together with you sometime on your theories about plyometrics. I recall you mentioning that you were thinking about doing your dissertation on plyos and distance running?

I have dabbled in them, both in my own training and my coaching, for several years. But never in a sustained, systematic way. My intuition tells me they work.

Rob~

Absolutely! I have 30+ studies that I am looking at. Some of the results are pretty impressive, especially when you match the ideal parameters with the perfect demographic. Lots to talk about for sure! Give me a few weeks to get through with finals and get a firm hold on my neuro internship and we will chat! My internship schedule is AWESOME (four 10s) so I have Friday through Sunday off. :)
