You crack me up!!! I have no secrets!! :) I just shoot for 8-10 different exercises that cover all of my major muscle groups for that part of the body. The acronyms just remind me what kind of workout I did. For example: ma = machines, TB = therabands, RC = resistance cords, FW = free weights, FL = floor (which means that technically I could have done the whole workout with nothing but my body and a floor although generally speaking I add different things to it to increase the difficulty, like a BOSU, dumbells, bands, etc). The floor ones are actually some of my favorite strength training workouts. I created them to use with patients and I just increase or decrease the level of difficulty accordingly (or add or subtract different exercises according to what their impairment may be). I would be happy to email some of those to you if you would like. :) Right now I am trying to bulk up a bit so I am concentrating on doing lower reps with higher resistance for most exercises. :)

Teena - Thanks and yes I would love it if you could e-mail me some tricks. :) I have been having MAJOR IT band and calf problems since TOU and I am really trying to strengthen my lower body. I'd like to gain some strength during the off season so any secrets you can share would be very much appreciated. :):)
