I LOVE LOVE LOVE having Smo at the gym running on the treadmill beside mine ... even if it is only for a couple of miles. With that said I think I may start choosing a treadmill in the row behind hers so that I can better try and imitate her beautiful running form! Who knew I would be craving running lessons from my own daughter!? :)

I know exactly what you're talking about with perfect running form. It's awesome to watch. I was taking picures of Brayden at BBall practice today when he was running sprints. I wonder what goes wrong in our form over the years.

That is a very good question, Matt. I have often wondered that as well. I think perhaps we older folks simply try and make it too hard! Who knows.
