* I had planned on running more than 3 miles but I started feeling really light-headed and sick to my stomach. Blah ... probably just need a good night's sleep. It has been a week of tests (with another one tomorrow) and I am just plain tired. I was hoping to run my long run tomorrow since I am heading to Moab for the weekend with Ry to mountain bike, but now I am thinking otherwise (about the long run ... not Moab).

Dale and Rachel,

I am DEFINITELY going to rest quite a bit this weekend. :)

Paul,

Nah ... but maybe I will run the Canyonlands course. :)

Andrea,

I am SO SO SO excited. I love these little trips with Ry. It's like a giant breath of everything good! :)
