* This is honestly the best I have ever felt after a marathon. I did a little trail running with Ry the day after (couldn't resist) with the commitment to not run again until this Saturday. I really want my legs to get a nice little break. The urge to run is definitely there.

* Get this: Ry entered the lottery for the Ogden Half Marathon and signed up for the Runners Series as well (he is considering SGM). Who would of thought!? Incredibly happy am I! :) :) :)

Great recovery Teena! Way to give your legs some time despite the urge. :) That's awesome about Ryan! I entered the lottery, too (for the full). Have a fun last day of break!

That's great!!! Amy and I also put in for the Ogden half lottery and we are both registered for the Runner Series.

I already have 5 races lined up. The 5k at the St. George half in January. A week later, I will start the Salt Lake Track Club Winter Series with the 5k, then the 10k, two weeks later and then two weeks after that, the 15k. Then we are signed up for the Spectrum 10k. Can't wait. I'm planning on doing a lot of shorter distance races leading up to St. George.

Brooke~

Thanks! Can't wait to hear how your race goes tomorrow. Get some sleep. :)

Sounds like a fantastic plan. :)

Yeah, it'll be fun. It's time for me to get serious about getting PR's and in the process, lose weight and get in shape. No more crappy training and miserable marathon performances. Lol
