*Went to Gold's this evening for what I thought was going to be a long swim. I was greeted with a sing the read: "Pool closed until Thursday. Sorry for the inconvenience." I decided to head over to the Rec Center. Hopped in the pool and began what I once again thought was going to be a long swim. Just when I hit 3/4ths of a mile a lifeguard signals to me as I am turning. I look around and notice nobody else was in the pool. DANG -- they were closed!!!!! It was only stinkin' 8:30 p.m.! Oh well ... at least I got wet! :)

*Anterior compartment still complaining a bit, but improving. :(

** On the bright side, I can tell that my leg is improving! It certainly could not have anything to do with taking these last couple of days off!!!!! ;)

4 easy miles on the TM before Sophia's game ... GREAT ... no problems!!!

10 easy miles after Sophia's game. 4 with Ry and 6 by myself.

The worst part was the air outside -- my hacking was anything but lady-like. Stink ! Leg held up well. :) :) :)
