The plan was to run 18 miles. Ran on the JRP with Ry and Ben. Sadly I felt awful throughout. It was crazy windy. The whole time I felt dizzy and weak. Called it quits at 10.2 miles. AP was 8:53.

Made up the 18 miles that I was supposed to run on Sunday! :)

Mostly easy with a bit of crazy in the middle: 4 x (800 m, 600 m, 400 m, 200 m) at 5K pace, 1 minute recovery, 5 minutes between sets. Each set was done at a progressively faster pace: 6:59, 6:54, 6:49, 6:45. Also threw in a couple of 400s (1:30 each) during the last couple of miles to work on running fast on tired legs.

Definitely exhausted when I was finished.
