bike: 20 miles at a very decent effort (68 minutes on random level 8 and 10 minutes on hills level 20 --- tough).

swim: 800 meter (18:36. This seems to be about the pace that my body loves ... I could probably push it harder but I enjoy it too much. What to do?)
