8.25 miles, including 10 x 800. This was done on the treadmill, which was easier (and more convenient) for me today. The times ranged from 3:20s to 3:15s. Felt strong throughout.

4.5 treadmill miles.

1.5 easy, then 1 mile as fast as I could go which ended up being a 5:59, and then 2 miles easy.

It has been an insane amount of time since I last ran a sub 6 mile on a treadmill. In fact, I have only done it a couple of other times. I have no idea how people run that fast so often. Crazy.

I feel really good about this!
