Ran with JohnnyV. Started out slower and ran progressively faster with the last few miles a bit faster than marathon pace (well, the last mile was quite a bit faster, but what do you do?) Felt awesome! One cool down mile jog home.

I'm pretty sure I saw you this morning. Were you wearing pink shorts, white tank, visor and carrying a hand bottle?

From Stacie on Sat, May 07, 2011 at 15:23:21 from 67.166.127.0

You are incredibly fast!

Paul~

Thanks!!! JohnnyV and I felt like this was a great run. We really enjoyed it and kept each other honest with the paces. :)

Tim~

Thanks!!! I think I will go pour myself a big glass of ice cold Tang! :)

SSF~

I felt strong! YAY!!!! With how heavy my legs were feeling early in the week I was beginning to worry. I am not positive that I can PR, but I am sure going to go for it. Under the right conditions I think it could happen. BUT ... as we all know, anything can happen on race day.

I love and miss you too!!! We are still on for Friday, right?

Stacie~

YEP!!!! I just posted on your blog. I am pretty sure we crossed paths around Winchester Park. We should get together for a run!!! :)

Nice job today Teena! :) Can't wait to see you and the others at Ogden!!

Yep baby girl it's only two weeks till the Ogden doing your taper right. If your doing too much it will show up in your marathon performance. Don't make any of those rookie mistakes.....

SSF ~ How are you feeling? How's Rylee?

Hope you had a FANTASTIC Mother's Day!

THANK YOU SO MUCH for the thoughtful text message. It made me smile all day long! Larry read it too! THANKS for being such a special special special friend! LOVE and MISS you so much!

p.s. Friday it is! :)

btw, we were at the church on 7000S and 2300E yesterday. So we drove part of the course you ran on for your 12 miler the other day. Man alive, it's heavy traffic and zero shoulder. You must have had to run on the sidewalk! Makes it more the AWESOMEST how you ran that route so fast and focused! WOW!!!

From Teena Marie on Mon, May 09, 2011 at 19:18:52 from 67.2.88.232

Thanks all!!!! :)

John~

Thank you!!! I think we had a great run! :)
