Very cool. Sounds like you're recovering well from Ogden.

Be patient with the running and keep up the great tri prep. Looks like you had a lot of fun on Memorial Day with those workouts.

Thank you for the kind words everyone. I will update my blog sometime this weekend. My internship has me CRAZY busy. Still babying my leg. It is improving but not nearly as fast as I would like it to (partly because I am on my feet non-stop ... cannot be avoided with my internship). Thanks again for the nice comments. Hope all is well with everyone. I definitely need to hear more about little Cooper!!! :)

You must be crazy busy! Nice workouts Teena...you don't have to blog them, I know they're all killer :)

Rachel~

Yes, I have definitely been crazy busy. Sadly, even though I have been working out I have not been able to run since the Ogden Marathon (4 weeks ago today). I had pain for several days before the race and knew that it was a risk to race it. Sadly, it ended up being worse than I had expected. I sure did a number on my hip! :( :( :( With that said, I am rehabbing it to the best of my ability under the circumstance. (I have been working between 50 - 60 hours each week on my internship which is constant weight bearing including transferring patients who are 2.5 times my size. Not the best circumstances to rest my hip under. BUT ... I love my internship, other than the hours, and am learning SO MUCH!!) :) :) :)
