20 miles, AP 8:24.

Not too much zippy in my skippy this morning. Legs felt a bit heavy and tired. Since Rachel could not run until late this morning I decided that I'd run the majority of this one solo. The time seemed to drag on and on and on. No fun! With that said, I returned home at 15 miles so that Sophia could run the last 5 with me. That dang girl made my last five miles my faster by far! I wanted to throw up as she forced me to run a sub 7:00 mile at the end (and then watch her sprint far ahead the last 800 meters ... RUDE!). Where did this girl come from??? :-)

Have a great weekend, All! :-)

Great job finishing fast on a long run. That will pay off at the end of your marathon. Sophia never ceases to amaze me with her running.

nice long run Ms.Gumpers! Just how young is Sophia? She sounds like an animal!

Check out your AWESOME week of training! That is so cool that you have Sophie there to pace you to a fast finish. She should run you in at SG. She's an amazing speed star, a bullet babe like you! :) :) :) Love you! :)

Nice running! Looks like you need to grab Sophia for more of these LR finishes! :-)

Hi Teena! Too busy or having SO MUCH fun to blog, eh! :)

Thank you for your generous gift to David and Maddi. This will greatly help them as they start their new life together in New York. :) :)

Love you! :) :) :)
