Smooth~ It is hard for me to tell exactly how my training is going. One thing I know is that I am not doing enough is biking and swimming. XTERRA is going to be a very rude awakening!!! :)

I am so incredibly nervous about the XTERRA. I will try to take a lot of mental notes for you but my guess is that my prevailing thoughts will be, "Don't die" and "Don't cry". :)
